Natural Menopause Treatment

Im sure that everybody knows the fact that smoking is bad! Among the conditions it causes are cancer, heart problems, cardiovascular disease and more.

But recent studies add one more condition that can be caused by smoking and it is hair loss. Italian scientists made laboratory experiments on mice, who were living in a smoky environment for 3 months.

As result the furry little animals were not so furry any more, actually they lost almost all of their fur!

The scientists came to a conclusion that the tobacco smoke damages the hair bulbs and shortens their life. And with out bulb their can be no hair!

This is not the only way smoking causes hair loss tough. As you know a healthy hair comes from a healthy scalp and in order to have a healthy scalp you need a good blood supply. Its a known fact that smoking has a negative impact on the blood supply and the circulatory system.

  1. Smoking produces carbon monoxide which inhibits the blood's capacity to carry oxygen.

The winter cold makes your skin dry and sensitive to irritation. This means that it needs extra caution in order to be beautiful and healthy. This 3 tips will help you in this quest:

Moisturize

The little touch that makes your skin attractive day by day. Make sure you choose skin care products that moisturize and in the same time feed your skin. Use them after you have washed your body well enough. It will be good if you use products that contain olive or palm oil and a good amount of oxygen.

What to do under the shower

There is no need to stay too much under the shower, and try to avoid hod water- it will dry your skin even more! Of course this doesn't mean to shower with cold water. Just take short and warm baths.

And don't forger to exfoliate your skin while in the bath. This way the moisturizing creams will have an enhanced effect.

Sun protection

Never forget the sun protection creams, plus some of them have a moisturizing effect which makes them even better. Also dont forget to apply sun protection balsam on your lips!

In my post easiest ways to fight nail fungus I told you about 2 nail fungus solutions - ZetaClear and Povidone Iodine-Chamax. Tough they are very effective, some people prefer to eat or in this case drink there way to fungus free life. For them I have 3 recpies for vegetable juices that will help you fight nail fungus.

  1. First and most simple is the carrot juice. Just pick a some carrots and make your self a juice. It also has many other great effects. As I have wrote in my carrot juice post- it is the miracle of our century.
  2. The second recipe is carrots and spinach
-290 grams carrots (10.22 oz)
-170 grams spinach (6 oz)
  1. And the third juice recipe against nail fungus contains carrots, beetroot and cucumbers
-290 grams carrots (10.22 oz)
-90 grams beetroot (3.17 oz)
-90 grams cucumber (3.17 oz)

Those recipes will not only heal your fungus. They have a ton of other great effects. Just to name a few: They help with acne, sleeping disorders, kidney stones, diarrhea and many more you wouldn't even believe! So make sure you drink lots of fresh vegetable juices!

8 tips for an easy menopause

Im not going to go trough what is menopause, cause you can check it out in this post:

Instead im going right to the tips:

Take supplements
